You can’t really get away with pedicures over the summer, or else, how are you going to rock those super cute sandals. Summer pedicures are a must -It’s a necessity, lol- so it is very important to make it last longer. If you are a do it yourself girl as I am, follow these amazing tips and recommendations for a perfect summer pedicure.

1. Remove old polish with a cotton pad soaked with nail polish remover, cut nails straight across with clippers then file them square to remove sharp edges.
2. Base is important; I know I am tempted to skip this step all the time, but trust me on this, base is a very important part of your polish as they not only protect your nails from darker colors that may stain your nails, but it’s thicker texture helps polish adhere better on your nails. Base also helps your polish last longer and keeps it from peeling. 
3. A pedicure is more than nail polish, it is all about the whole foot. To keep calluses away from your fee,t exfoliate them a few times a week while taking a bath. Mix half a cup of Epsom salt with some warm, soapy water to soften skin and calluses and dry out the bacteria from blisters.

El pedicure es algo que no se puede descuidar durante el verano, porque realmente como vas a lucir esas bellas sandalias con unos pies y uñas feas. El pedicure durante el verano es toda una necesidad, por lo que es muy importante que este nos dure. Si eres de las que les gusta hacer su propia pedicura en casa, estos consejos y recomendaciones te ayudaran a tener unos pies de verano perfectos.
