How to avoid weight gain this holiday may sound more improbable than Santa coming down my chimney. I am the one that believes that if you plan and organize thoughtout the year, a couple of cheat days a year won’t hurt you.
I try to keep an eating and workout routine all year long, but holiday season is challenging for me. It is not only one night. We are talking about work celebration, family reunions, secret santa and all the friends and family that love this season to get married. I dont skip meals. This is probably the worst habit I used to have. I remember that when I was a kid and we were going to a party, my mom always told me “Don’t eat. Have meals as usual, but in small portion.
