My consideration:
DevaCurl Buildup Buster is a product designed to remove product buildup, hard water, or environmental stressors. You can say it is like a clarifying shampoo, but this product is more like a serum and won’t lather.
I really like the product, yes it is a little pricey but if you love DevaCurl, you already know that this product line is not for the curly girls on a budget. I had an itchy scalp and with only one application, my scalp was super clean.
Most clarifying shampoos contain non- safe ingredients but DevaCurl Buildup Buster has ingredients that not only clean your scalp and hair but also leaves the hair super soft, while the jojoba oil helps balance your scalp’s natural oil.
They say that you can use it very week, but I think that I will only be using it when I feel that my curls need it. If you love co-wash, this is a great edition to your hair products to use it one to two times a month or every time you feel that you need to bring your curls back to life!
