Father’s day gift idea |El mejor regalo para Papá

Father’s Day is the perfect opportunity to recognize everything he does for us daughters or sons. This is the perfect day to gather our family and friends and celebrate all the men in our lives.

I have to be honest with you – you might feel me on this one- nothing stresses me more than to buy a present for Father’s Day. I should just go ahead and buy them a gift card, but to be honest, I like personalized gifts, one that they feel that I put some effort in apapacharlo. That is why I like to gift the important dad in my life a thoughtful present.

I went to Target and picked out some items with my daughters for their dad, a gift basket with items that we already know he likes. I took this idea from my friend Esmeralda, she always gives thoughtful gifts that include a little bit of everything. Since then, I have given this type of gift to my friends and family and they always love it. It wasn’t that hard this time; we picked an aluminum basket (one that can be use to hold ice and adult drinks during the summer) and we filled it up with his favorite items. The perfect gift is the one that includes that important person’s favorite items that they will be using and enjoying all year round. Make sure to do a DIY card with words that come from the heart and mean the world to you and the special relationship that you both share.

El Día del Padre es la oportunidad perfecta para reconocer todo lo que el hace por nosotros. Este es el día perfecto para reunir a nuestra familia y amigos y celebrar todos los hombres en nuestras vidas.

Tengo que ser honesta con ustedes – a lo mejor te sientas identificada- a mi me pone de nervios el comprar regalo para el Día de los Padres, ya sé que lo mejor seria el ir y comprarle una tarjeta de regalo de Target y que el (o ellos) elija lo que quiere. El problema esta en que a mi me gusta dar regalos un poco mas personalizados, esos tipos de regalos que se sienta que puse un poco de esfuerzo y que la persona se sienta apapachado.  Es por eso que para el Dia del Padre mis hijas y yo tenemos el plan de dar regalos bien pensados.

Nos fuimos a Target y escogimos algunos artículos, una canasta de regalo con artículos que ya sabemos que a su papá le gusta. Tomé esta idea de mi amiga Esmeralda, ella siempre da regalos muy bonitos que incluyen un compendio de varias cosas, desde que vi la forma de Esmeralda regalar he tomado la costumbre de hacer lo mismo y a los amigos y familiares les encanta. No fue tan difícil esta vez; cogimos una cesta de aluminio (que se puede utilizar para mantener las bebidas con  hielo durante el verano) y la llenamos con sus artículos favoritos. El regalo perfecto es el que incluye los artículos favoritos de esa persona y que sabes que va a disfrutar durante todo el año. No olvides el hacer notas y tarjetas hechas a mano con frases que salgan del corazón y que signifiquen mucho tanto para ti como para tu papá.
